(...)Taking place between Portugal and Brazil, this work combines stages of research and fieldwork (alongside several communities of the Amazon Forest), academic research (in collaboration with the Federal University of Pará, the State University of Pará and Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi), as well as the production and display of a new body of work (at Brotéria, in Lisbon).

(...) addresses intangible places, the disappearance of languages and of knowledge of plants and seeds. These latter are perceived as an «archive and testimony» to the relationship between human and plant worlds, and also as keepers of «geographical, political and cultural memories».
More than presenting some trip's findings, we are welcoming the artist's metabolized "investigation", one that is capable of generating a new look at reality even if threatened with extinction.
